EdTechAI Apps LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Bloom mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

By using Bloom, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the App.

Information You Provide Directly

• Email Address: When you choose to unlock your personalized plan, you provide your email address to receive your Intelligence Report and optional "Brain Vitamin" emails.
• Assessment Responses: Your answers to cognitive assessment questions and personalization surveys.
• Personalization Preferences: Age group, daily time commitment, peak performance window, learning style, and feedback density preferences.
• Support Communications: Any information you provide when contacting customer support.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Identifier (IDFV): We use your device's Identifier for Vendor, which is specific to our app and cannot track you across other apps or websites. We do NOT collect or use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
• Usage Data: Session information, screens viewed, features used, time spent in app, lesson completion, streaks, and XP.
• Performance Metrics: Response times, accuracy scores, mastery levels, and cognitive attribute scores.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, and general diagnostic data.
• Purchase Information: Subscription status, plan type, and transaction dates (processed through Apple's App Store).

• Personalize your experience with adaptive learning paths.
• Provide core services such as exercises, progress tracking, and streaks.
• Send communications including your Intelligence Report and optional emails.
• Improve our services by analyzing usage patterns.
• Process transactions and verify purchase status.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues.

We work with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under strict privacy agreements. We do not sell your personal information.

• Amplitude (Analytics): Receives anonymized usage data and user properties linked to your IDFV.
• AppsFlyer (Attribution): Uses Apple's SKAdNetwork and probabilistic modeling, not your IDFA.
• Superwall (Subscription Management): May receive your subscription status and anonymized identifiers.
• Resend (Email Delivery): Receives your email address and contact properties for segmentation.
• Apple App Store: Handles all payment information per Apple's privacy policy.

• Local Storage: Progress, preferences, and assessment results are stored on your device using Apple's secure persistence framework.
• Cloud Storage: Email addresses and contact properties are stored securely with our email provider.
• Security Measures: Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure API authentication.

Access and portability: Request a copy of your personal data by emailing ckb@downloadbloom.app.

Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and associated data by emailing ckb@downloadbloom.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We process within 30 days.

Email communications: Unsubscribe using the link in each email or by contacting us directly.

Notifications: Manage reminder notifications through your device's Settings or within the Bloom app.

Bloom is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact ckb@downloadbloom.app so we can delete it.

If you access Bloom from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App with an updated "Last Updated" date.
